Its all go go, go at The Wro!

We are delighted to announce plans for a major expansion later this year.

Over the coming months we will opening two new venues plus a pavement café to the front of the existing bar!

The first stage will see The The Wro literally go ‘Over the Wro’d' to the site of the former Post Office and Terazz Restaurant. The new bar will certainly be a great new addition to West Kirby’s bar scene. The new venue will have a signature Wro decking area, along with a stunning, custom built orangery – simply perfect for lazy afternoons and long relaxing evenings.

‘Upstairs at The Wro' will be completed in the autumn this year. The new floor will add some much needed additional space allowing more customers to enjoy the unique experience that is The Wro with a fabulous outside balcony area at first floor level to compliment the lower deck. Upstairs will keep the same vibe as downstairs - more chilled daytimes moving into lively evenings, allowing us to do more of the things we love – more live music, more food and more fun!

Round your weekend off and get set for the week ahead with our brand new Sunday Chill Out Music Session from 6 until 9pm.

The Wro continues to be the most laid back place to be in West Kirby – particularly if you want to see and be seen by the local glitterati! Voted Wirral’s ‘Most Professional Bar Team’ for second year running, we have developed a great reputation for our fantastic food, friendly atmosphere and developing music scene.

Sit and watch the world go by out on our covered, heated deck or enjoy the stylish interior. We are open from noon daily until 11.00pm and 12 midnight on Fridays & Saturdays.

The Wro has certainly created a great buzz at the 'gateway' to West Kirby - it's not surprising when you consider how friendly it is, how any day after six o'clock it feels like there is a party going on - and how the staff move effortlessly from table to table keeping everyone very, very happy.
